Process development
Working with the company's SharePoint development team, I created this online submission process through which any ADT employee could request the creation of a new customer communication. Funneling requests through the system ensured that any new communication would:
The form asked for all the details needed to compile a basic creative brief. It lived within the Customer Experience section of the company intranet site, and was heavily promoted when it launched.
The entire form was continuous, but I have broken it up into four images for ease of reading. Click each image to enlarge.
- Adhere to all brand and style guidelines
- Be funneled through the appropriate approval chain
- Be added to the customer communications library, where it could be updated as new licensing requirements frequently dictated, or as business processes spelled out in the communication were altered (e.g., a letter might include specific web navigation instructions; if the website changed, any communications with web navigation instructions had to be updated).
